A sole practitioner since 1982, Ms. Bradshaw has designed many residential, light commercial and industrial projects in Delaware, Chester and Montgomery Counties. Her previous position on Middletown Township Council in Delaware County has given her a new understanding of planning and growth issues affecting the ever-changing and developing suburbs.

She practices "cooperative" design in that she works closely with clients, making sure that their unique needs are met and enjoys owner involvement in the design process. She also acts as a professional guide to develop both architect and client generated ideas.

She listens carefully to the needs and desires of her clients and then generates varying alternatives to ensure that practical, affordable solutions are derived that will not only solve present problems but will also help meet anticipated future needs.
